How do I redeem Reward Points?

You can hang on to your points for as long as you like, but when you’re ready to use them, just look for the Reward Points button in the bottom left of the Gentle Giant, Ltd. website! It looks like this:

Make sure you’re signed in to your account, and when you click the Reward Points button, you’ll see your points balance and a link for “All Rewards”.

Redeeming your points will give you a coupon code you can apply at checkout when you’re ready to complete a purchase.

The more you spend, the more Reward Points you earn!!

When you get started, you’ll earn Reward Points at the standard rate: You’ll get 1 Reward Point for every $1 spent.

But the more you spend with Gentle Giant, Ltd., the more Reward Points you can earn! As you reach higher VIP tiers, you’ll earn Reward Points at a higher rate:
