Please Note: Important Change to Placing Orders

As a result of our research on how to most efficiently process orders through our system in conjunction with our fulfillment warehouse:

Effective immediately, we are limiting each order to one (1) sku/item per order.

By doing so, this allows Gentle Giant Ltd. and our fulfillment warehouse partner to process orders most efficiently and most expediently.

This change will also have a positive impact on the My Rewards Program; since reward points are only accumulated when an order is complete. If you had several items on an order and not all the items were available you would not be credited for the order until all items had shipped.

As part of this change, we will also take all existing orders with remaining pre-ordered items that have not been fulfilled and place each one on a separate order.

If you need additional information, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice@gentlegiantstudios.com or phone 818.504.3555 from 9am to 6pm PST Monday through Friday.

Only one item per order

If I would have known... October 5, 2012

If I had known that the RotJ carded GG was going to be made available to the general public then I would never have joined the club here. I thought the GG figure was a club exclusive entirely. I never had the PotF carded version as a child and am only collecting these for their nostalgic value. I ordered the RotJ version anyway and will see if I can sell this PotF version to some collector, I have no childhood attachment to this alternate carded GG. The figure itself looks great though, they even nailed the not so exactly matching browns on the leg vs the croch on the figure. I remember laughing at that as a child and am glad that Gentile Giant kept the coloring as it was.

Poor Treatment of the PGM Members September 14, 2012
Reviewer: Not Pleased with Gentle Giant from Western NY, United States
Why trick people into believing there is some exclusivity of this product to the membership club if it only later to be opened up to all?  Similar with the supposed Exclusive Blue Snaggletooth now available everywhere.  Sour grapes!

I thought this was going to be exclusive?
I have every available figure so far and i really want this on the return of the Jedi card only.
Why start changing things after people have already ordered?????
You will loose customers!

POTF? September 9, 2012

Yeah, I signed up as PGM to get this "exclusive" and now it turns out I could have just wait since I would rather have the ROTJ card. My excitment level for this figure has dropped significantly. I love this line of retro figures. I just wished being a PGM we were given a choice of which version we could get.
